Who we are

PINNOVA TECH is an Australian IT development business with an office in Adelaide, South Australia. You can contact us at [email protected], 0406 993 046, or via the enquiry form on this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the information you choose to provide: full name, email address, phone number, business name (optional), location, project type, preferred timeline, project description, and any file you attach (PDF, Word document or image, up to 10MB). We also collect technical data that is generated automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through standard web logs and privacy-respecting analytics if enabled.

We do not require sensitive information to quote. Please do not include health, financial account numbers or government identifiers in your enquiry unless they are strictly necessary for the project discussion.

How we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you, prepare a free quote, deliver services you request, and improve our website. Emails are sent to our business inbox. Attachments are reviewed only to understand your brief. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Enquiry emails are processed by our email provider (Resend and our mailbox host) and stored with our usual business email and project tools, which may include servers in Australia or other locations used by those providers. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Disclosure

We may share information with contractors who help us deliver a project (under confidentiality), with hosting and email providers, or if required by Australian law. We will not disclose your information for unrelated marketing by third parties.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to us about a privacy matter. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
