FAQ
Straight answers before you enquire
Quotes are free. Ownership sits with you. We work Australia-wide and you can meet us in Adelaide.
Send an enquiry through our contact form with as much detail as you can. There is no charge to talk to us. We review your brief and reply within 24 hours with a free, tailored quote — not a generic package. If we need more information, we will book a short call first.
It depends on scope. A focused business website is often a matter of weeks. A custom web application or mobile app is typically a number of months, planned in milestones. When you enquire, tell us your preferred timeline (ASAP, 1–3 months, 3–6 months or flexible) and we will be honest about what is realistic.
Yes. We offer hosting, maintenance and support after launch — updates, backups, monitoring and small improvements. Many clients stay with us so the same team that built the product looks after it.
You do. Once the project is paid for, you own the deliverables we created for you — source code, design files and content we produced as part of the engagement. We can also help with repositories, hosting accounts and a clean handover.
Yes. We work with clients Australia-wide. Discovery, design reviews and sprint catch-ups happen over video, with shared boards and a clear written record. If you are in Adelaide, you are welcome at the office.
A short brief is enough to quote: who it is for, what it should do, examples you like, and any must-have integrations. Before build we will also want brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), copy or a content outline, access to existing domains/hosting, and a decision-maker who can give feedback promptly.
Yes. We regularly take over existing sites and apps — redesigns, performance work, accessibility fixes, feature additions and rescue projects. Send us the URL or store listing and a note on what is not working; we will assess and quote from there.
